One thing for sure, there are some excellent restaurant choices when you find yourself in The River City. When in Jacksonville, you expect great seafood, and so I’m definitely going to tell you where to get that. In fact, you’re going to find all kinds of great food when you make your way around to these four restaurants in Jacksonville FL that I have picked out for you.

JL Trent’s Seafood and Grill is located at 4533 120th Street, and menu items served up there include flounder, crab legs and raw oysters. The tropical salad is also one of the favorites according to reviews. People say that the servers are nice, too, and that the restaurant features a cozy atmosphere. Can you eat oysters on the half shell until you drop?

Let’s do another seafood place. How does that sound? The place is called St Mary’s Seafood and More, and the address is 11290 Old Saint Augustine Road. Do you like hush puppies? I could make a meal out of them by dipping them in tartar sauce. Order up shrimp, soup, crab cakes, steak and more when you stop by St Mary’s Seafood and More.

Get your pizza at Picasso’s. At least that’s one of the places that serves up a delicious pizza pie in the city of Jacksonville FL. Picasso’s is located on San Jose Boulevard, and you can get much more than just pizza there. Do you like toasted ravioli? What about a cheesesteak?

Now it’s time to see where you might want to stop in for some barbecue. There are quite a few places that serve up delicious barbecue in The River City. One of them is Gators BBQ, and its location is 8083 Baymar Street. The restaurant is one of those hole in the wall dining establishments, which I think is quite awesome. What about you? Gators BBQ is a place where you can get all the good sides and a nice dessert, too, especially if you like banana pudding.

Barbecue, pizza and seafood await you. Remember that the pizza place has much more on the menu than just pizza. You’re going to discover all kinds of good eats as you experience Jacksonville and its major attractions. Try one of these four restaurants if you want to hit the easy button, and I think you will enjoy yourself. After all, they are picked right from the top 50 restaurants out of nearly 2000 in the city of Jacksonville.
